I don't know if it's really that easy to conclude that a couple bottles of milk being wasted in a given day will result in the supermarket increasing the next order of milk. Also, I'm guessing the protestors prevented some people at the store from buying milk, so that should also enter the caculation.
Milk pours don't undo the exploitation and suffering that has occurred to produce it, and as was said, it encourages more of the same.
