Sexual Assault is bad independent of its consequences or effects on whatever you define "utility" to be. therefore aliens committing a vast number of assaults every second would be very bad. One should take steps to prevent that, by preventing the assaults from occuring, or by doing that and then offering to kill the Aliens.
Well, I'd disagree, being a consequentialist. However, in the case described above, it seems wildly unintuitive that the aliens' actions which don't change anyone's experience would be morally bad. Should the aliens really have to experience all of the suffering of the holocaust every second to avoid taking actions that don't detrimentally influence anyone's mental states? Additionally, given that the aliens are partaking in such acts 100^100^100 times per second, it seems that on your view not only would the aliens actions--which harm no one, literally no one finds out about them--be a bad thing, they'd be the worst thing in history. They would be orders of magnitude worse than every genocide, slavery, and all sexual assaults committed in human history combined. That view is just absurd!!
