I would quite strongly disagree. It's not the *best* argument I've ever heard (I could start to pick some holes it, for sure), but I've read many much worse ones, some of them in support of conclusions that were actually true.
It has an absurd conclusion, but that correlates very weakly with the strength of an argument, sadly.
I have to say, this doesn't sound a whole lot more nuts than some of the arguments you make seriously. And I mean that as equal parts compliment and snark. :)

Any argument that uses the word "paralysis" is ableist. Therefore one must drive!!!
