Looks straightforwardly necessary to do something to try and avoid this bill being passed. I would add one detail I think I noticed in my cursory look through (but could very well be mistaken on), though. Which is, the spreadsheet tracking outreach only has democrats listed as far as I can tell, but many of the co-sponsors of the amendment that will strike the worst parts of the EATS Act seem to be republicans: https://www.nationalhogfarmer.com/farming-business-management/bipartisan-amendment-aims-to-strike-save-our-bacon-act. I would hope I am mistaken and there is another spreadsheet or there will be more representatives added later to reach out to/track, but for now we should at least reach out to any representatives we can, regardless of their political party. We shouldn’t avoid reaching out to any party, that could be the difference between actually getting the amendment passed or not!
