1 Introduction
As I’ve mentioned before, I’m unusually happy. I’m in a good mood for the vast majority of my waking life and am far less prone to general ennui than is typical. Part of this is, no doubt, genetic; I was born with a naturally sunny disposition. But I suspect it’s not entirely genetic. There are some things I’ve discovered over the years that have improved my well-being considerably, and these things are responsible for my atypical well-being!
In light of this, I thought I’d give advice about how to live a happier life. I do not, of course, claim that if you’re in a Siberian war camp, being routinely and brutally tortured by robotic bees designed to inflict maximal pain, these things will give you a universally sunny disposition. But hopefully, some of them can make your life better. They’ve certainly made mine better.
So without further ado, here’s a bunch of advice about how to be happy.
