I wrote an article recently about Candace Owens, one of the most influential commentators in America, being totally batshit insane. I noted that she thinks the first lady of France is a man, dinosaurs never existed, and Tyler Robinson didn’t kill Charlie Kirk, but she has expressed ambiguous uncertainty about the Earth’s shape. Yet I was informed by my commenters that I had actually omitted some of Owens’ craziest beliefs. Mark noted:

You didn't mention her most fascinating theories about how Charlie Kirk was a time traveler or had access to Sumerian-derived time travel technology owned by US the government.

I’m pretty sure she thinks it was an Israeli collaboration with France, who are angry about her coverage of Brigitte Macron. She also claims the Macrons have or had ordered her assassination.

Ethan Muse added “I was also shocked he left out the occult ritual theory - I think that was the point when I realized this was either borderline psychosis or an extremely cynical grift and not non-pathological extreme credulity and stupidity.” Sorry guys, I don’t keep up with everything crazy Mrs. Owens thinks. Doing so would be a full-time job.

So, naturally, I watched the episode of her show where she lays out this view. Dear reader, this was, without a doubt, the single craziest video I have ever seen. Mark and Ethan, if anything, understate things. I have seen videos made by flat-earthers that were considerably saner, less prone to wild and speculative inferential leaps, and less outrageously ridiculous than Owens’ video.
